Audio: A Court confirms the Rwanda has green light to continue the American lawyer Peter Erlinder to reject genocide

Law Professor Peter Erlinder, imprisoned in Rwanda in May and released on bail, June we charge criminally with denying the genocide which devastated the country at the beginning of the 1990s, according to Rwanda, Chief Counsel, Martin Ngoga.

Erlinder, 62, is a lawyer who is was made in Rwanda to represent victory Ingabire Umuhoza, a leader of the opposition prevented from stimulant President Paul Kagame in the election of 9 ao?t.Ingabire was arrested in April, released on bail and placed under house arrest and then arrested again in October on charges of genocide and terrorism denial well-known human rights.

Earlier this year, Erlinder helped file adapted to the U.S. Federal Court (Oklahoma) alleging that Kagame had the brains of violence that triggered the genocide of 1994.
